Making A Tag

The thing with making a Tag is experiment.

           The first thing to do is make a new image I did mine 900x600

           Go over to psp backgrounds and find a nice misted image you want to use I found one you see in my screen shot the  watermark is on a separate layer so when I take the  watermark off I make sure I am working on the correct layer the watermark one then delete it and selections select none.

           So now I have got a new image and a misted tube with no watermark on.  My misted tube is mainly blue so I will look for a blue background I will try a dark blue and a light blue 

I found 3 so working on my new image I will go to selections select all.

      I will click copy on the background and back on my new image paste into selection then select none.

Then add the misted tube as a new layer.

            This is the three I have got or you could go for a different colour like red or pink purple you have to choose.

We can add a mask and  make a frame later
